Before I started the zest4life program with Alison I was already on what I thought was a healthy diet.

Though I battled to lose the last few kilos and I was slowly gaining weight again and slipping back into bad habits I had lost the motivation to bother.

What I most enjoyed about the groups is that I loved the group chats and encouragement, ideas and just knowing that we were their for the same goal.

My health has improved in so many areas. I have more energy, sleeping better at night and I think my skin is looking so much better. After losing 12 kilo’s I am so motivated again to keep going and keep making the right choices.
