I have always been overweight. I have tried many diets, which all work until I went back to eating 'normally' and the weight came back! The diets were not sustainable. What makes this eating plan sustainable is the fact that the entire family can go on it. I did not have to cook 3 meals and no-one complained.

I have enjoyed to camaraderie, the support from the members and the encouragement. This and the connection on Social Media made the whole experience informative and fun! The personal goal setting each week made it easier for me to stick to the plan as these were my goals. I used to suffer from leg cramps at night, pins and needles and numbness in my hands and arms to the extent that I used to have to get out of bed to relieve the pain.

These conditions have cleared completely. I also have more energy and my concentration is improved. I had no doubts whatsoever about joining. I had decided that this was a gift for me to get my weight under control as I reached 'old age'. DO it! You will only benefit.

Not only you but your entire family. Alison was supportive, encouraging and although we were in a group Alison made time to treat each of us as special. Each question was answered clearly and I left each session motivated to do my very best to follow the plan to the letter.

My weight was not bad, but my life was scattered with sugar highs and lows affecting my energy and sleep patterns. My muffin top was a big issue and caused a lot of anxiety. The group sessions helped me because of the great moral support to keep you going and the sample menu ideas.


Since joining I have lost some weight (more to go) but have found my waist and can wear clothes comfortably again.
