Watermelon Smoothie Refresher

Servings 2 people

Time 10 mins


1 Cup of Watermelon cut into cubes

1 Cucumber peeled and sliced

2 Mint leaves

1/2 Cup of ice


  1. Put all the ingredients into a large jug or bowl if blending with a stick blender or....

  2. Pop them all into a blender of your choice

  3. Blend on low for 30 seconds

  4. Then blend on high until smooth (about 30 seconds more)

  5. Pout into individual glasses and garnish each glass with a mint leaf
