Watermelon Smoothie Refresher

Time 10 mins
1 Cup of Watermelon cut into cubes
1 Cucumber peeled and sliced
2 Mint leaves
1/2 Cup of ice
Put all the ingredients into a large jug or bowl if blending with a stick blender or....
Pop them all into a blender of your choice
Blend on low for 30 seconds
Then blend on high until smooth (about 30 seconds more)
Pout into individual glasses and garnish each glass with a mint leaf
