Chocolate Smoothie with Mint and Choc Chips

 
This chocolate smoothie is sooo delicious and full of antioxidants from the raw cacao.

Servings: 2 people

Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup of coconut milk, low fat

1/2 cup of filtered water

1 Tbsp raw cacao

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup of baby spinach

1/2 an avocado

3 fresh mint leaves

1 tsp of flax meal

1 Tbsp cacao nibs raw and used as a garnish

Instructions

Add all the ingredients into a large measuring jug and whizz with your stick blender. Otherwise put all ingredients into a blender if you have one.

Remember to only add the cacao nibs at the end
